📱 1. About the App

Cup 2026 Live Scores is a sports information application developed and operated by Kanzati. The App provides live football match scores, group standings, match schedules, team and player information, virtual coin predictions, and related content for the 2026 World Cup tournament.

The App is available exclusively on Apple iOS devices through the Apple App Store. These Terms govern your use of the App and any related services provided by Kanzati.

🔞 2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age. Users between 13 and 17 must have parental or guardian consent.
• Have a valid Apple ID and an iOS device running iOS 17.0 or later.
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

🏆 3. Free Trial & Purchases

3.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 3-day free trial providing full access to all App features. The trial begins automatically on first launch and is tracked via an anonymous device identifier. No payment information is required to start the trial.

3.2 World Cup Pass

After the free trial expires, continued access to the App requires the purchase of the World Cup Pass at a one-time price of $3.99 USD (or equivalent local currency as displayed in the App Store).

3.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. Kanzati does not collect, store, or have access to your payment card information. By making a purchase, you also agree to Apple's Terms of Service.

3.4 Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the App or use a new device, you may restore your World Cup Pass purchase at no additional cost using the "Restore Previous Purchase" option in the App. Your Apple ID must be the same as the one used for the original purchase.

3.5 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through the App Store. Kanzati does not process refunds directly. Apple's standard refund policy applies.

🪙 4. Virtual Coins & Predictions

4.1 Nature of Virtual Coins

The App includes a virtual coin system used for predicting match outcomes. Virtual coins are entirely fictional and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for real money, goods, or any other item of value inside or outside the App.

4.2 Not Gambling

The virtual coin prediction feature is provided for entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute gambling, betting, or any form of regulated financial activity. No real money is wagered at any time. The feature is fully compliant with Apple's App Store guidelines.

4.3 Coin Awards

Virtual coins are awarded for correct match predictions and through daily bonuses. Kanzati reserves the right to adjust coin values, award amounts, and prediction rules at any time without notice.

4.4 Loss of Coins

Virtual coins may be lost due to incorrect predictions, App reinstallation, account deletion, or termination of your access. Kanzati is not liable for any loss of virtual coins under any circumstances.

✅ 5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access App content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its servers
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Use the App to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the trial enforcement or paywall systems
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the App

👤 6. User Accounts

6.1 Optional Accounts

Creating an account in the App is entirely optional. All core features are accessible without an account during and after the free trial (with a valid World Cup Pass).

6.2 Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@kanzati.com. We will delete your account data within 30 days of your request.

7.1 Our Content

The App, including its design, graphics, user interface, code, text, and all other content created by Kanzati, is owned by Kanzati and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7.2 Sports Data

Match data, statistics, standings, and related sports information are provided by third-party data providers (including API-Sports). Kanzati does not claim ownership of this data. All team names, logos, and tournament marks are the property of their respective owners.

7.3 License to Use

Kanzati grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms.

🔗 8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services including Firebase (Google LLC), Apple StoreKit, and API-Sports. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Kanzati is not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of any third-party services.

The App may display links to external websites or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of those external sites.

⚠️ 9. Disclaimers

9.1 Accuracy of Data

Live match scores, statistics, standings, and other sports data are provided by third-party sources and updated in real time. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is correct, complete, or current at all times. Do not rely on App data for any critical decisions.

9.2 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or bugs. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time without notice, including at the conclusion of the 2026 World Cup tournament.

9.3 "As Is" Basis

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

⚖️ 10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KANZATI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any errors or inaccuracies in App content
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the App
• Loss of virtual coins or prediction history

In no event shall Kanzati's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the World Cup Pass (maximum $3.99 USD).

🚫 11. Termination

Kanzati reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Refund requests for the World Cup Pass after termination for breach of Terms will not be granted.

🌍 12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Kanzati operates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

📝 13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the App.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.
